I am Dr. Deborah Mateja – postdoc at the University of Mannheim. My research is mainly in the field of human-AI creativity with two core themes: 

(1) AI as a driver of innovation: I examine the emergence and effective management of dynamics between human creativity and AI’s generative and analytical capabilities in a variety of innovation contexts. 

(2) AI as an object of innovation: I study how AI-based innovations can be designed and implemented to create meaningful organizational value.
